Australian solidarity protest

On June 3 more than 100 Australian trade unionists held a solidarity protest outside Air NZ HQ in Brisbane to show their support for the Zeal crew in their fight for fairness. The protest blocked a major Brisbane intersection for fifteen minutes until it was broken up by police.

Mediation

The EPMU and Air NZ are back in mediation trying to come to a resolution. The union has not ruled out further industrial action if a deal is not reached. We'll keep you updated.
