The learning and development of our delegates, workplace representatives and other leaders is central to the operation and success of our union. Building knowledge, skills and understanding is the key to our strength. Through education we can win fairness and justice on the job, achieve higher wages and give workers the confidence and potential to play a leading role in their workplace, their industry and in their community. The EPMU's education team consists of three educators, including a national Health and Safety coordinator, and one administration coordinator. The team facilitates regular general and industry-based training sessions for delegates, health and safety reps and members around the country as well as our delegate forums.
